It is with great pleasure and excitement that we invite you to the First edition of the ‘Food Contamination & Traceability Summit’ taking place on 26-27 May 2019 in Munich, Germany. This important conference is co-organised by Acad Indus International Conventions and Global Harmonization Initiative

The inaugural is bringing together the key food & healthcare stakeholders to enhance food safety based on prevention of contamination by understanding the contamination sources, routes, food fraud, traceability and analysis, and regulatory guidelines. The key participants include decision-makers from directors to managers, QA professionals, chemists and R&D team members.

Opening with a morning of strategic plenary sessions addressing the key themes emerging contaminants, contamination prevention and regulatory framework and food safety trends, the programme then breaks into 2 parallel technical tracks addressing regulatory, and contamination and traceability. Alongside the content-rich programme there is plenty of time for networking during the round table discussions, the networking evening reception, in the solution zone, and during the live demo lab sessions.
